How a run moves from request to receipt

Follow the steps in order. Each step shows what to do and what you receive.

  1. Request a quote

Choose the service, pickup, drop off, date, time, flight or estimated hours, and passengers. Read the quote with gratuity and all in total before you send the request.

  2. Staff confirm the booking

A person reviews the request and confirms the booking. Chauffeur and vehicle are assigned after confirmation. Staff then prepare the confirmation draft for approval.

  3. Chauffeur confirms at call time

Call time is a set number of hours before pickup. At call time the chauffeur confirms the run, finishes the daily check, fuels, and drives in. You receive chauffeur name, vehicle, and phone.

  4. Ride in order

The chauffeur travels to pickup, marks on location, the passenger boards, and the run moves to complete. Each status shows on the booking and on the chauffeur phone view.

  5. Read the receipt

After the ride, the thank you draft with the receipt waits for approval. The approved receipt shows fare, gratuity, and all in total on separate lines.
