See each chauffeur day with call time first
Every run carries a call time before pickup. Read the day by chauffeur, spot conflicts and vehicles not ready, and fill open runs in pickup order.
Each chauffeur day in one lane
The timeline shows the call window plus each run for a chauffeur. Overlaps, gaps, and flags are visible before pickup, not after a call from the curb.
- Call time on every run, calculated from the lead hours setting
- Days off marked before auto assign runs
- Vehicle readiness shown with the run, not on a separate screen
Pickup time minus the lead hours setting
Three hours by default, editable in settings. Call time is recalculated when pickup time changes, and the chauffeur confirms at call time.
Call time on every run
Read call time, pickup, customer, chauffeur, and vehicle on the day board row itself.
Confirm at call time
The chauffeur confirms the run, finishes the daily check, fuels, and drives in. The customer then receives name, vehicle, and phone.
Minimum gap
Two runs for the same chauffeur or vehicle conflict when their windows come closer than the minimum gap, 45 minutes by default.
Open runs filled in pickup order
Mark days off first, run auto assign, and review each chosen chauffeur and vehicle before applying them.
Mark days off
A chauffeur marked off for a date cannot be assigned that day, and runs that need cover stay flagged.
Run auto assign
Open runs are worked in pickup order, preferring the chauffeur with the fewest booked hours that day, a vehicle checked today, and full time over relief.
Review and apply
Read the chosen chauffeur and vehicle for each run, change any row, then apply. Relief chauffeurs use the car of a chauffeur who is off and whose car is free.
- No chauffeur: assign a chauffeur from the run
- Chauffeur off or double booked: reassign or move the pickup time
- Vehicle not ready: clear the check or service flag, or choose a ready vehicle
- Never assigned: a vehicle out of service, failed its daily check, or overdue for service
