Airport guide

How airport arrivals work at MCI

Add your flight so the pickup can move with a delay. Meet your chauffeur inside at baggage claim with a name sign.

Steps

Use these steps when you request an MCI arrival.

  1. Add airline and flight number

Enter the airline and flight number on the booking form. The flight is tracked on the booking so staff can see a delay.

  2. Choose baggage claim meet

MCI has a single terminal. The default meet point for arrivals is baggage claim with a name sign. The sign text defaults to the passenger name and can be changed.

  3. Confirm the flat rate quote

Airport arrivals and departures are priced from the company MCI flat rate. Read the quote with gratuity and all in total before you send the request.

  4. Check the confirmation

The confirmation states service, date and time, pickup, drop off, flight, rate plus gratuity, and that chauffeur name and phone arrive at call time.

Late flight

When the flight arrival moves, the pickup time and call time move with the updated arrival.

  • Add the flight number before you send the request so delays are covered.
  • If your flight changes after booking, contact the company with the new flight details.
  • Call time is recalculated from the updated pickup time using the lead hours setting.

Meet and greet

What to expect at the airport.

  • The chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign.
  • At call time you receive chauffeur name, vehicle colour and type, plate, and direct line.
  • Arrivals state the baggage claim meet point in the chauffeur details message.
  • Departures state the pickup address and time on the confirmation.
