Booking guide

How to request a quote and book a ride

You do this without an account. You enter the trip, read the quote with gratuity and all in total, and send the request. Staff confirm it before it is scheduled.

Steps

Work through the form in order. Fields marked as required must be completed before you can send the request.

  1. Choose the service

Pick MCI airport arrival or departure, hourly as directed, point to point, or wedding or event. The service decides which rate rule applies.

  2. Enter the trip details

Enter pickup, drop off, date, and pickup time. For stops, add each stop in order so the chauffeur sees the full route.

  3. Add flight or estimated hours

For an airport ride, add airline and flight number. For hourly, point to point, and event service, enter the estimated hours.

  4. Add passengers and requests

Enter passenger count, booker contact, and passenger contact. Add requests such as water, temperature, music, child seat, luggage, or a name sign for the meet point.

  5. Read the quote

Check service, date and time, pickup, drop off, flight if any, rate, gratuity, and all in total. Amounts are whole dollars. Gratuity is shown beside the quote and is passed to the chauffeur.

  6. Send the request

Review the details and send. Your request creates a booking in Quote status. No card details are collected on the public form.

What happens next

After you send the request, the company reviews it. Chauffeur name, vehicle, and phone stay hidden until the chauffeur confirms at call time.

  • Staff confirm the request and assign a chauffeur and vehicle.
  • Confirmation states service, date and time, pickup, drop off, flight if any, and rate plus gratuity.
  • At call time you receive chauffeur name, vehicle colour and type, plate, and direct line.
  • Text consent is optional. You can book by email and phone without opting in to texts.

What to have ready

Having these details ready makes the quote correct the first time.

  • Pickup and drop off addresses, including terminal or entrance notes.
  • Passenger name and phone for the chauffeur details message.
  • Flight number for MCI arrivals, or estimated hours for hourly and event service.
  • Any preference or request the chauffeur should prepare before pickup.
